Program Photo Minutes

Hello, Goodbye

Now that you have participated in a Coverdale program there are many things that are not captured in workbooks or on notepads. We captured many of them for you. Some of the material collected will support you on your journey, other items are there just for fun. You can also upload additional photos that you want to share with your colleagues.

Established for over 45 years, Coverdale is the originator of experiential learning and a pioneer in coaching and organizational development.

Mary Shayler, Director of Organization Development, Diageo.

“The design of the Learning Events stands head and shoulders above anything else I’ve had to do with. It was all very practical so it was easy for participants to go back and do things differently – and that’s what they did.  In Australia, for example, all the team did the Learning Event together, so they went back after the Learning Event and redid their Brand Plans using the DWBB tools.  They found it perfectly easy to use the tools, due to the experiential nature of the course, and the cycles of practice at increasing levels of risk.”
